Payment
We accept cash payments, per credit card and debit card. For reservations in written form, we ask for an advance payment of 30% of the total price, after which you will receive a reservation confirmation. In case of cancellations, we accept 10 days with 100% cancellations.

We hope you enjoyed your stay with us and would ask you to vacate your room by 09:00 at the latest. Should you need to stay longer, please contact the reception – it is possible (surcharge applies)

Towels
Towels are not usually provided, but should you have forgotten to bring some, towels are avaible for a small fee (plus a deposit). A hair dryer is available in the bathrooms.
Pillows
Additional pillows are availble at the reception.
Electricity
The voltage in the power outlets in your room is 220 Volt (50Hertz).
Water
Tap water is clean and safe to drink, it is provided by the utility company IKB, who source it directly from the surrounding mountains.
Smoking
Welcome to our non-smoking hostel. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, as well as the common room. Smoking is permitted outside the building – but please do not throw cigarettes and other rubbish into the flower beds!
